Colleen Casper, President and Founder of Clinical and Executive Partnerships facilitates interdisciplinary conversation and action plans to impact patient safety and quality care in  healthcare organizations.

Colleen draws on many years experience in nursing and administrative roles in acute care and integrated care delivery systems.  Colleen recently completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a focus on health systems policy and leadership for quality improvement.  Her capstone work described factors that contribute to inpatient falls and demonstrates the application of unit specific data analysis in planning to reduce inpatient fall rates.
